Steve Rassin

Stephen Karl Rassin (born 1967 in Wilmington, NC), better known as Steve Rassin, is an American voice actor best known as the voice of Ataru Moroboshi in 5 of the 6 Urusei Yatsura movies. One of his known aliases is Rassinator.
